If you are a child with cancer or leukaemia admitted to the CHOC ward in Christchurch, you can ask your parent or caregiver to sign up for gift vouchers here.

 

How it works:

1. after every chemo cycle a child goes through, we will send them a gift voucher to buy something for themselves plus a sticker.

​

2. This sticker can be placed on a chart that comes with the first chemo cycle. The chart features a mountain with the idea that every chemo cycle gets you one step closer to the top of the mountain.

​

3. After having finished all the chemo cycles, the child will have reached the very top of the mountain. The chart can then be framed as a trophy or hung as a banner, whatever he or she wants to do with this visual of their journey.
